Unlike bloc foie gras, whole foie gras (“foie gras entier”) is made from a single liver or lobes from the same liver, offering an intense, noble taste appreciated by gourmet lovers and ideal for festive meals and special occasions.

Our ducks are raised outdoors on our family farm in Irissarry and fed a 100% GMO-free diet, ensuring premium quality and unmistakable traditional flavour.

After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours (wrapped in cling film).
